James is one of the creative brains behind White Key Marketing, doubling up as both content creator and graphics designer. With over 9 years of hands-on experience in the industry, James is constantly brainstorming how we can take our clients’ content or branding to the next level.
Outside of White Key Marketing working hours, you will find James… working! Whether it be creating content for the next car show, taking photos at the Carter or mixing some awesome beats at the club – James lives for the creative industry. Meet our Graphics Designing queen, Christina.
Christina joined our team as our in-house branding guru, and ever since we have produced some show stopping designs for our clients and some amazing new collateral for White Key Marketing. She isn’t only good with designs on paper, her office fits have us all drooling – it’s like looking at a walking Pinterest board! Chris is office Mum, Selina’s, younger sister – the sibling bickering can definitely create some juicy but lighthearted office entertainment!
When asked what is something interesting about herself, Chris wanted to share that she has a small nose. We thought that was just WAY too interesting to leave out.
Meet our Marketing Assistant Chelsea, an absolute true blue legend.
Chels joined the team as a contractor and is our go-to girl for anything in the digital marketing space – copywriting, graphic design, video editing – you name it, she does it. She brings a great energy to the team and is such a pleasure to have in the office.
When she isn’t working she must be clocking up some serious KM’s as a girl who LIVES in West Wyalong, resides in Wollongong for University and works in Parramatta – If you need a good driving playlist, just ask Chels. Chels enjoys her spare time by eating thai food, kicking back with her friends at the pub or hanging with her family at the farm.
Meet the newest kid on the block Tayla! Starting as an intern with White Key, Tayla’s passion, drive and organisation skills blew us away so it was only right to welcome her to the WKM family full-time. Tay’s infectious energy and smile has brought an amazing presence to our team dynamic as she continues to impress us with her strategically designed campaigns and content for clients.
Forget sandwiches and steaks, because Tay’s favourite food is anything breakfast or dessert related. Avocado on toast with the perfect boiled egg? Yes please. Brownies, deep dish cookies and ice creams? Absolutely. Other than eating, Tay loves to be with her friends and family or unwinding with a rom com.
Ciao Bella – or in other words, Hello Sara (pronounced Sarah)!
Sara joined White Key Marketing as a newbie to the marketing world, but has since taken the industry by storm. Her strategic mindset and passion for promotional and purposeful campaigns has seen some amazing output for her clients so far.
A self-confessed, avid dog lover *cough cough* dog obsessed, you can often find her outside of work hours playing, training or walking with her spotty best friend Luna. She can make a mean buttercream birthday cake for anyone and everyone (including a dog friendly version) and has a serious taste for any form of Italian carb.

Gorgeous, gorgeous girl alert – Meet Emily, our Tik Tok queen.
Emily joined our team after graduating her Marketing degree and moving to Sydney from Dubbo! Since her move, Em has been a key player to the White Key family, touching on her experience from the Public Relations industry and love for all things Tik Tok she is a true ‘out of the box’ thinker.
You know the five love languages? Well there are now six – because Emily’s love language is food. Em boasts that she has the secret recipe for the perfect cheese board and can recommend the perfect cracker for any cheese (#weirdflex). Outside of her cheese board world, you might find Em cooking, learning Spanish, watching the Kardashians, or whipping up a cheeky Marg.
Meet White Key Marketing’s quiet achiever – Caitlin!.
Caitlin started with White Key as a media coordinator, coming from a background in both admin and retail roles whilst she studied a Bachelor of Commerce. Since joining the family, Caitlin’s organisational skills and meticulous methods have helped with business processes and client campaigns in more ways than one, and is a key reason as to why we are able to service our accounts all over Sydney.
As a self-confessed homebody, Caitlin loves spending her time outside of work hours relaxing around the house, watching ‘The Office’, hanging out with her friends and family or spending money she shouldn’t be spending! P.S. If you want to see some real whistling talent, ask Caitlin to whistle you a tune next time you’re in our office.
If you haven’t met her yet – this is Danni – the girl you hear before you see! Danni has been onboard team White Key for over a year now and started her career with us as a super eager intern (but was offered a full time position after just one week). She is the closest thing to the female version of The FLASH, managing multiple accounts with high energy, assisting in the sales of services, and helping those around her all at the same time.
Her infectious, bubbly personality is shared with her friends and family over the weekend as she spends a lot of her time at weddings, christenings, engagements, baby showers… the list goes on (#wogthings). But hey – at least the food is good!
Meet Abbie, the team’s MVP and without a doubt the best person in the world!! (Can you tell who wrote the copy for these bios?)
Abbie joined the team as a copywriter and was quickly moved into an Account Manager role. She has had a huge influence in maintaining the awesome culture of our team and as Head of People and Culture, is responsible for anything people related – recruitment, training, development, you name it. Abbie works closely with Ari and Selina when it comes to business development, ensuring that WKM is servicing our clients and people in the best way possible.
As a self proclaimed ‘free spirit’ you will often find Abz doing something impulsive or chaotic around work hours. She is strict about her training and is one of those weird people that love waking up before the sun to train?!?! Nothing makes her happier than a pretty sky, the ocean or spending time with her friends outdoors – she calls it cheap therapy.
Meet Sels, our Head of Operations, Captain of this ship or as we know her, Office Momager.
Selina has been an integral part of White Key Marketing’s growth and success. Starting with us as an Account Manager it was quickly evident that her organisation, maturity and business development skills could help take White Key to the next level. Selina helps the team by overlooking the accounts, content, how to streamline processes and how to best introduce new services.
When she finally puts her White Key work to the side, Sels enjoys playing tennis, drawing or painting (which she is super good at), hosting dinner parties for friends and family, or working on her podcast. As any true perfectionist, she also spends countless hours fitting out her apartment… which she moved into over a year ago!
